The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention programs and treatment plans for children with autism, based on medical necessity. Responsibilities include assessing learners using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and Vineland, creating individualized goals, monitoring progress, and providing direct therapy when needed. The role involves supervising staff, conducting parent and stakeholder trainings, and supporting staff development through performance reviews and training.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred)
• BCBA certification through BACB
• Current Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
• Minimum 1 year of supervised experience as a BCaBA or in training hours
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth with autism spectrum disorder

• Developing, supervising, and implementing treatment plans
• Conducting assessments and parent trainings
• Supporting staff training, development, and performance management
• Participating in meetings and ensuring quality of intervention services
