Patient Care

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal conditions

Deliver individualized treatment focused on restoring function, improving strength, relieving pain, and enhancing independence

Educate patients, families, and caregivers throughout the plan of care

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals

For Physical Therapists
  • Perform evaluations and interpret referrals
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and goals
  • Establish functional baselines and track patient progress
  • Supervise PTAs, students, and rehab support staff as applicable
  • Participate in program development, process improvement, and clinical education
For Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Carry out established plans of care and therapeutic interventions
  • Support patient participation in individual and group therapy activities
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and program initiatives
Documentation & Team Support
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in the electronic health record within compliance timelines
  • Communicate barriers to timely documentation when needed
  • Participate in department initiatives, committees, and quality improvement efforts
  • Serve as a clinical resource within areas of expertise
What We’re Looking For
  • Physical Therapist:
    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan
  • BLS certification within 3 months of hire
  • Physical Therapist Assistant:
    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Michigan
  • PTA experience preferred
  • BLS certification within 3 months of hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
  • Comfort using electronic health records and basic computer applications
