We are seeking a Direct Care Professional to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities, assist with developing skills
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Community Outings

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is Required
• First aid and CPR-certified-Required
• Must have OCHN training requirements up-to-date and completed
  - Required
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
• Must be able to walk, stand, push, pull
• Must have a good driving record
