Role Overview
The Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment and behaviour intervention plans, and supervises Behaviour Technicians across various settings. They provide parent training, monitor progress through data analysis, and ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and Vineland
- Develop and implement ABA programs
- Supervise staff
- Support families and participate in team meetings
- Analyze data to inform clinical decisions
- Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain service quality
- Bachelor’s degree
- BCaBA certification
- Current Michigan LBA or eligibility
- At least 2 years of ABA experience in diverse settings
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
