  • They don't wait to be told what to do—they anticipate needs, solve problems, and actively look for ways to help both patients and teammates.
  • If you enjoy being challenged, learning something new every day, and working with a team that strives for excellence, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:

  • Prepare examination and procedure rooms for efficient patient care.

  • Prepare laboratory specimens and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
  • Help maintain smooth patient flow while adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
  • Dependable and highly accountable.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • A quick learner who enjoys mastering new skills.
  • Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace.
  • Motivated to continually improve and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Medical Assistant or healthcare experience.
  • Experience scribing in a medical setting.
  • Dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records.

Previous Medical Assistant experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train exceptional candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to learning.

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Full-Time (4-5 days per week).
  • 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Wednesday and Thursday availability is required.
  • Starting pay $14.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • We are seeking candidates who can commit to at least 12 months, with longer-term availability strongly preferred.
Why Join MI Skin Center?

  • Gain valuable clinical experience that prepares you for future healthcare careers.
  • Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
  • Opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth.
  • Health insurance and paid time off for eligible employees.
  • Employee discounts on cosmetic dermatology services.
  • A supportive team culture that values excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
