Caregiver Assisted Living

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Implement individualized care plans designed to meet the specific needs of each resident
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
• Support the physical and emotional well-being of residents, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of all care provided
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care for all residents
• Engage with residents through social activities and personal interactions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and patience with elderly clients
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships with coworkers
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and transport
