Job Title
Scope of Work
This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a therapist, rehabilitation management, Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services. Performs activities per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team.
Performs maintenance and cleaning duties related to the operations of the department.
Summary of Qualifications
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent or GED, vocational training, related classes or relevant experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience Preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience Clinical Care Preferred
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
