Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Clinton Commons and Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor in St. Johns, MI
.

This role offers a great clinical mix between assisted living and skilled nursing
, making it ideal for a PTA looking for flexible hours, variety in patient populations, and a strong, supportive therapy team.

You’ll have the opportunity to help residents maintain independence in assisted living while also supporting rehabilitation and recovery in the skilled nursing setting.

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF or assisted living experience preferred but not required
