Join our growing autism and outpatient programs in Southeast Michigan! We prioritize an employee-focused environment where team members feel valued and supported.
We are seeking a Program Director to serve as our operational anchor. You will oversee daily administrative functions, scheduling, and staff supervision—allowing our clinical team to focus entirely on high-quality client care.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Oversight: Manage daily clinical operations, streamline workflows, and provide cross-functional support for both the autism and outpatient programs as needed.
- Staff Leadership & Supervision: Supervise support staff, track productivity/attendance, and manage recruitment, onboarding, and administrative workforce planning.
- Scheduling & Authorization Management: Oversee client/staff schedules to maximize coverage, track insurance authorizations, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Billing & Revenue Cycle: Working with the operations manager, monitor claims accuracy, manage authorization workflows, and partner with billing staff and payers to resolve issues.
- Family Engagement: Guide families through intake/onboarding and serve as the main point of contact for administrative, billing, and scheduling inquiries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or a related field required (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of administrative management experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or autism services.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with EMR and practice management software.
- Core
Skills:
Strong background in staff supervision, revenue cycle/authorizations, scheduling optimization, operational efficiency, and empathetic family communication.
