The RN Complex Care independently provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices in a complex care area.
Location:
Main Campus, Unit: ICU-G, Shift: 36 Hours, Nights 7PM-7AM, Weekends and Holidays Required.
Minimum qualifications include Massachusetts RN Licensure and BLS, with BSN preferred. Duties emphasize evidence-based practice, patient-centered planning, and collaborative care delivery across the healthcare team.
