This is not a chaotic, revolving-door facility.
You’ll work alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who communicate daily, collaborate closely, and genuinely support one another. Leadership is hands-on, accessible, and invested in creating an environment where therapists can succeed without feeling micromanaged.
Caseloads are structured intentionally so you can focus on what matters most: quality patient care, meaningful outcomes, and accurate documentation — not impossible productivity demands.

The Role- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Carry out goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy, accountability, and teamwork
SNF experience is preferred, but motivated new grads are absolutely welcome!
