We are hiring

We are hiring 1099 Physician Assistants (PAs) to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for various health plan members. This role involves low-stress clinical work with no treatment plans, prescribing, or follow-up calls, focusing solely on assessments and form submission.

• Conduct in-home assessments using pre-populated forms and structured workflows
• Complete visits across multiple regions, increasing earning potential with broader coverage
• Meet a minimum commitment of 60 hours/month
• Submit completed assessments and forms; no additional clinical duties required

• Active, unrestricted state PA license
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C)
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Available for at least 60 hours/month
• New grads welcome; no prior experience necessary

• Flexible schedule; choose your work days, hours, and volume
• High patient volume with potential for increased earnings
• Base pay of $70 per assessment, with tiered increases for higher hours
• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits
• Travel assignments with covered airfare, hotel, and rental car (eligibility-based)
