Physical Therapist | 8-Week Contract

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an 8-week contract assignment with an immediate start. This role will primarily focus on outpatient rehabilitation services while also supporting inpatient post-surgical patients as needed.

• Day shifts
• Flexible scheduling available:
  • 5x8-hour shifts, or
  • 4x10-hour shifts

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with inpatient post-surgical rehabilitation when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS certification.
• Inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
