Staff Pharmacist

Position Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The pharmacist will lead customer interactions, foster community engagement, and guide pharmacy staff on service quality.

• Process and accurately dispense prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on healthcare and medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and participate in health programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Model excellent customer service and guide staff accordingly.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; valid pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training program.
• Strong pharmaceutical care skills and best practices implementation.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with patients and partners.
• Adaptability to diverse patient needs and medical concerns.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
