Qualifications:- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Michigan SLP license
- CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Experience with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Comfortable working in-person, full-time for the school year
- Manage a 2nd-3rd grade caseload, delivering direct therapy services and implementing IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain organized documentation and follow school policies
