Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in our Grand Rapids, MI location.

Salary up to $95,000

• Support a caseload with an average of 6–8 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Monday – Friday
• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training once a month.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
