Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support our therapy team at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro, MI. This is a great opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling, a supportive rehab team, and the chance to make a real impact with residents in a strong therapy environment.

Tuscola County Medical Care Facility has a well-established therapy department with strong collaboration between PT, OT, and SLP teams. The building leadership values therapy and works closely with the rehab team to support patient-centered care. You’ll be working with residents who truly appreciate their therapy team, and in an environment where quality care matters more than rushing through treatments.

• Well-equipped therapy gym

• Strong focus on functional outcomes and resident independence
• A welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SNF experience preferred but not required
