Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify areas of dysfunction and develop customized treatment plans
Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, including modalities, exercises, and manual therapy techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensure in the State of Michigan (or eligible for licensure)
