• Active School Psychologist license is required
• Previous experience in school-based or educational settings is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs and backgrounds
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Adaptive, organized, and comfortable with an itinerant schedule serving Paw Paw, Lawrence, and Bangor areas

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho educational assessments
• Develop and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative support for academic, social-emotional, and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to promote student well-being
• Contribute to the multitiered systems of support and positive behavioral interventions within each school
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow all state and federal guidelines
