Pay Range: $19.34 to $22.48/hour (adjusted for relevant education and experience)

Full Time Availability Required (Restrictions available for class hours)

Are you pursuing your BCBA certification and looking for a role that directly supports your fieldwork hours? The Behavior Analysis Support Specialist (BASS) provides direct, one-on-one behavioral services while working alongside our BCBA team.

This position offers a paid pathway to complete both restricted and unrestricted hours, learn clinical skills (including assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and clinical supervision of cases), and receive structured BACB supervision.

Behavior Analysis Support Specialist (BASS) Job Specifics:
  • Provide engaging, one-on-one or small-group behavioral intervention sessions for individuals ages 12 months to 21 years
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to teach early learning, social, communication, and academic skills
  • Accurately implement and supervise implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Teach and assist with daily living and self-care skills as needed
  • Assist BCBAs with requested tasks and help oversee treatment plan delivery by Outpatient Service Technicians (RBTs)
  • Complete and track required restricted and unrestricted hours according to BACB guidelines
  • Meet bi-weekly with a BCBA for formal supervision
  • Support ongoing center research projects and data presentation preparation
  • Create a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for learning
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and following company best practices
  • Transport individuals served as necessary if categorized as a company “driver”
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all restricted information, data, and reports
  • Uphold company policies and the BACB ethical guidelines
  • Comply with all laws and regulations regarding reporting suspected abuse and neglect of vulnerable persons
