As a full time Resident Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to assist residents with ADLs, administer medications, give companionship to the residents and participate in life enrichment. You will have the opportunity to work for a faith-based organization that has a passion for providing vulnerable residents with high-quality care and nurturing their dignity and independence. Full-time/First Shift
- A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
- A high school diploma or GED is required .
- Experience working with and caring for the elderly population is preferred.
