Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Fowlerville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
• Support mobility and transfers as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.

• Previous experience in personal support or home care is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00.
