Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to support our therapy team at Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor and Clinton Commons in St. Johns

This is a great opportunity for a therapist looking for flexible scheduling, strong pay, and a therapy team that genuinely enjoys working together.

- Plenty of workspace for clinicians
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- SNF experience preferred but not required
