- ** What You'll Do
** As a
** Community Living Support Professional**, you'll help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities.

Your role includes:
* Supporting individuals based on their
** Person-Centered Plan
*** Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care
* Assisting with community inclusion and social activities
* Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles
* Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines
* Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ** What We're Looking For
*** Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within our service area
* Valid Michigan driver's license, vehicle insurance, and good driving record
* U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
* Strong communication and organizational skills
