Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to provide exceptional care and support to clients in Lake Orion, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living space.
• Monitor clients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and adhere to policies and procedures.

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to pass background checks.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid twice a month.
