Corewell Health - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients or visitors as a concierge, managing in-person interactions;
Answer practice phone calls and schedule patient appointments using a decision tree when applicable;
Process registration reports, order supplies, and handle mail/supply deliveries;
Identify and remind patients of health maintenance gaps and document calls in the EHR;
Perform patient registration and check-in/out, verify demographics and insurance information;
Maintain patient medical records according to standards and upload documents into EPIC
