School Physical Therapist contract for a 36-week assignment in Galesburg, Michigan. The role offers up to $58 per hour based on experience and requires a PT or PTA license with a Michigan PT license. The position involves providing therapy services across five small districts in eastern Kalamazoo and collaborating with school staff.

• Provide Physical Therapy services, including evaluations and treatment plans

• Document service notes accurately and timely

• Cover five small districts in the eastern part of Kalamazoo

• Minimum one year experience providing PT services, evaluations, and documentation

You hold a valid Michigan PT or PTA license. You have at least one year of PT evaluation experience. You can travel across five districts and document promptly
