Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide support and assistance to clients in Fowlerville, MI. In this role, you will help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by assisting with daily living activities and providing companionship in a safe and respectful manner.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transfers safely
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands when required
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to the healthcare team
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate documentation

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to pass background checks

• Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month
