Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide essential support and care to our clients in Petersburg, MI. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain clean and safe living environments
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor client conditions and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

• Previous experience in personal care or care giving is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for client care
• Clear background check and valid driver’s license is a plus
• Willingness to complete any necessary training and certifications
