The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockford and Holland, MI. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy, conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, and develop trauma-informed treatment plans aligned with client needs and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions, coordinating care with other providers, documenting sessions and progress notes, and participating in case consultations.

The therapist will collaborate with the practice to support ongoing program development, uphold ethical and professional standards, and contribute to a supportive, client-centered environment.

• Demonstrated skills in Mental Health assessment and diagnosis, with the ability to provide trauma-informed care.
• Experience with Treatment Planning, including setting measurable goals and tracking clinical progress.
• Background in Social Work and Case Management, including coordination of services and community resource referrals.
• Competence in Family Therapy, addressing family systems, communication patterns, and relational dynamics.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; relevant state licensure or licensure eligibility (e.g., LMSW, LPC, LLPC) in Michigan.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with professional standards.
