ABA Therapy / Behavioral Therapy
At Mercy Plus, we’re building a more flexible approach to center-based ABA. We want our clinicians spending their time where it matters most, supporting clients, families, and their clinical teams, while giving them greater autonomy over how they structure their workweek.
$70,000–$80,000 annually
BCaBAs are eligible for our monthly clinical performance bonus program, with the opportunity to earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses based on clinical performance and billable hours.
Flexibility Built Into Your WorkweekOur full-time BCaBAs expectation is 25 billable hours per week
. Time in the center is primarily focused around client care, supervision, and the needs of your caseload, while eligible non-billable work can be completed from home
.
This gives clinicians more flexibility to structure their week without the expectation of being in the center for a traditional 40-hour schedule.
Because our clients receive services throughout the day, some later-day availability is needed to support after-school clients, supervision, and parent training.
