Perform routine laboratory procedures using analyzers and other equipment, including spectrophotometers, flame photometers, and microscopes Maintain quality control by running standards and performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Prepare blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions, conducting blood typing and compatibility testing Analyze blood cells and conduct microscopic examinations Ensure equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain operational excellence Collect, analyze, and summarize lab data to generate accurate reports Maintain laboratory supplies inventory and support laboratory safety protocols What You Need:
Valid MT/MLT license or certification Prior laboratory or clinical testing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot analytical equipment Excellent organizational and communication skills About the Assignment:
