Perform routine laboratory procedures following standardized methodologies Operate and maintain laboratory equipment like analyzers, spectrophotometers, and automated analyzers Run quality control checks, troubleshoot, and calibrate instruments Analyze blood, plasma, and other specimens to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment Conduct blood typing, cross matching, and compatibility testing for transfusions Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies Prepare and report laboratory results accurately and timely What You Need:
Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) license or certification required At least 1 year of laboratory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment Good communication skills and ability to follow standard procedures About the Assignment:
