We are seeking some skilled and upbeat individuals to join our team in providing our guest exceptional service in a fun and casual pub eatery setting as host. Previous hosting experience is ideal but not required.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the public house
- Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
- Guide guests to their tables and provide any necessary assistance
- Ensure all guests have a positive experience during their visit
- Have a positive attitude and worked in a team environment before
- Ensure that the pace of service is kept throughout the guest entire visit with us and knowing when to seek assistance from peers or your manager as needed
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed by Managers & additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
