Schulte Companies - - Responsibilities:
Serve as Manager on Duty with a strong, visible presence on the floor;
Create and maintain front of house schedules to ensure proper coverage across restaurants, bars, banquets, outdoor venues, and peak business periods;
Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training front of house food and beverage team members;
Lead pre service meetings with a focus on menu knowledge, beverage features, service expectations, guest notes, event details, and daily priorities;
Lead and support service execution across restaurants, bars, banquet events, outdoor venues, and other food and beverage areas
