Join our team for an exciting summer concert season! As a Catering Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food service experiences at live events. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Main Property:
Pine Knob. Supporting Properties:
Meadowbrook, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, Fox Theatre.

• Transport and deliver food, beverages and supplies to event locations.
• Set up catering stations, including food, beverages, and service items.
• Ensure all setups meet company presentation and sanitation standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout events.
• Break down and clean event spaces after service.
• Return equipment, food, and supplies to designated storage areas.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining catering equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, popcorn, and ice cream machines.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
