THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2026 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER)
Keep Mission Point Running with Fresh, Clean Linens Every Day At Mission Point Resort—Mackinac Island’s only full-service, casually elegant resort—our Laundry Team plays a vital role in supporting housekeeping and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay. We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laundry Attendants to help process linens and maintain the efficiency of our laundry operations.

About the Role Laundry Attendants are responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing resort linens, including sheets, towels, and housekeeping supplies. This role includes operating commercial laundry equipment, sorting and tracking linen usage, maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area, and ensuring that room attendants receive the supplies they need.

You’ll work in a supportive, multicultural environment where efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic help keep the resort’s daily operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Previous laundry, housekeeping, or similar experience preferred but not required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Ethic:
Reliable, motivated, and able to maintain productivity throughout the shift

Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify stained or damaged linens and ensure quality standards are met

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and handle repetitive tasks

Teamwork:
Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers in a diverse, multicultural environment

Safety Awareness:
Ability to follow safety procedures when using chemicals or operating laundry machinery

Location Requirement:
Must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island during the season
