We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Mountain Run at Boyne Resort in Boyne Falls, MI. In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. Schedule Details:
Full-Time; 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. Open to working a variable of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What will I be doing:
- Greets guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generates folio and collects payments.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for:
- Proficient English language
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
- 6 months Customer Service Experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred, but not required:
- Front Desk/Guest Services Agent
- Cash/credit card transactions
- Resort Hospitality or related industry
