Housekeeping Room Attendant
Every guest who walks into a clean, welcoming room at Boyne Mountain is experiencing the result of your work. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you're not just tidying spaces — you're setting the stage for a memorable resort experience. The care you bring to every room, every detail, and every interaction is what keeps our guests coming back.
Everything we do at Boyne Mountain is guided by our core values — L.E.A.D.S.:
Long-Term Thinking, Excellence in Execution, Attitude is Everything, Develop Great People, and Serve First. In this role, you'll bring those values to life in every room you touch. As a Boyne Mountain team member, you'll also enjoy ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare, and much more.
- Excellence in Execution. Clean guest rooms to established resort standards, ensuring every detail is right before a guest checks in. Complete and inspect your cleaning checklist for every room — because doing it right the first time is the standard, not the goal.
- Serve First. Respond promptly and warmly to guest requests for additional supplies or information. When a guest has a need, you're the person who makes it happen — quickly and without fuss.
- Long-Term Thinking. Take inventory to ensure adequate supplies and restock carts and storage closets before they run short. Keep utility and storage rooms clean and organized — a well-maintained workspace behind the scenes makes everything run better up front.
- Develop Great People. Keep your supervisor promptly and fully informed of any problems, maintenance concerns, or unusual matters. A team that communicates well is a team that gets better together — your observations protect both guests and colleagues.
- Attitude is Everything. Step in and assist other room attendants whenever needed across any area of the resort. Housekeeping runs on teamwork, and your willingness to pitch in — without being asked — makes all the difference.
- Examine rooms, halls, and lobbies, and report any maintenance concerns to your supervisor promptly.
- Complete section reports and all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You hold a high school diploma or GED.
- You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays — a resort runs when the guests are here, and you're ready for that.
- You take pride in a job done right. The difference between a good clean and a great one isn't lost on you.
- You're dependable, detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to every shift — even the demanding ones.
