What You'll Be Doing

  • Help oversee the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service
  • Lead by example while coaching and supporting department managers and hourly associates
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset
  • Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to help achieve business goals
  • Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and safety expectations are consistently met
  • Partner with the General Manager on financial performance, reporting, and operational planning
  • Serve as Manager on Duty and confidently lead the hotel when the General Manager is away

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of hotel leadership experience
  • Experience supervising multiple hotel departments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Financial awareness, including scheduling, labor management, and operational costs
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
