What You'll Be Doing
- Help oversee the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service
- Lead by example while coaching and supporting department managers and hourly associates
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset
- Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance to help achieve business goals
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and safety expectations are consistently met
- Partner with the General Manager on financial performance, reporting, and operational planning
- Serve as Manager on Duty and confidently lead the hotel when the General Manager is away
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years of hotel leadership experience
- Experience supervising multiple hotel departments
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Financial awareness, including scheduling, labor management, and operational costs
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
