Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all public areas in our facility. The Public Area Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and clean surfaces, including windows and mirrors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies, including restroom amenities
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors
