Location: Houghton
Aramark is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Guest Services Department at the conference center in Michigan. Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager, you will coordinate staff to deliver world-class service and ensure a positive guest impression.
You will supervise front desk/concierge operations, train personnel, manage check-in/out, coordinate guest transportation, and maintain supplies. Some weekend coverage may be required to ensure 24/7 guest support.
