From the first conversation to interviews, negotiation, and on-boarding, we’re a true partner – supporting both clients and candidates to meet their evolving needs.

What We Need From You: A desire to win. Work-hard-play-hard mentality. Ability to work in office with a high degree of flexibility, while remaining accountable. Resiliency - this business is challenging (after all, our ‘product’ is people!) Proficiency with computers and systems. An engaging personality. Ability to tap into both left-brain and right-brain traits – analytical and focused, yet outgoing and emotionally intelligent.
Individual Goals (aka how you will achieve the level of success listed above):
- Identify, recruit, prepare, and close top candidates while working with Fortune 500 companies
- 2+ hours of phone time per day, talking to top talent across the nation
- 5 qualified candidate presentations to clients per week
- Detailed nightly planning to find top candidates and clients
- Focus, dedication, and persistence every day
