Ability to tap into both left-brain and right-brain traits – analytical and focused, yet outgoing and emotionally intelligent.

• Identify, recruit, prepare, and close top candidates while working with Fortune 500 companies
• 2+ hours of phone time per day, talking to top talent across the nation
• 5 qualified candidate presentations to clients per week
