As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team members, strengthening recruitment efforts, and helping create a positive workplace culture that allows our caregivers to focus on what matters most—our residents.

• Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract qualified candidates
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee referrals
• Assist with onboarding and new hire processes to ensure a smooth transition for team members
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy of employment information
• Provide administrative support to leadership and help foster a positive employee experience

• High School diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• HR, recruiting, or related experience preferred
• Payroll experience preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
