Education:

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (new grads considered) We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Training Specialist to deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) for 50+ new hires per week and support ongoing training initiatives. This role includes facilitating training sessions, coordinating onboarding logistics, working with department teams, delivering compliance training, and tracking training effectiveness.

Responsibilities Conduct engaging NEO and departmental training sessions Coordinate onboarding schedules, speakers, and technology setup Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs Partner with leadership to align onboarding with operational goals Work with Maintenance on department-specific training initiatives Deliver compliance training and track certification completion Monitor onboarding metrics and measure training effectiveness Qualifications Experience in training facilitation, instructional design, or employee development Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse audiences Knowledge of onboarding best practices and adult learning principles Proficient with training tools and LMS systems Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Additional Information No third-party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted CTG considers qualified applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws Must work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third-party vendors) CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and an E-Verify Company
