• Associate degree preferred or equivalent training
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of Human Resources
• Prior experience with an HRIS Database
• Prior experience with computerized payroll software
• Proven ability to develop and motivate a team

• Recruiting hourly employees, including interview, selection to PTI Standard, New Hire Paperwork, communicate names and wages of new employees, orientation
• Calling On-Call employees when there is a need
• Administration of payroll
• Responsible for maintaining Plex HRIS System and compile reports from database as needed
• Administer various HR programs and procedures for all company associates
• Conduct new associate orientation
• Employee issue resolution
• Handling disciplinary actions, including tracking
• File and maintain associates records and reports
• Maintain applicant log
• Assist in training and development efforts
• Maintain Company org chart and associate contact directory
• Ordering office supplies as needed
• May include Receptionist duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
