Full‑Time | Monday - Friday

• Serve as primary HR partner for assigned departments, offering guidance and support.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting and support workforce planning needs.
• Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, and employee relations.
• Support employee engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives.li>
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR data and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR team on process improvements, HR technology, and people programs.
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in HR operations/business partner/generalist role.
• SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools; tech‑adaptable.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and coaching skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive matters.
• Highly organized with ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed.
