Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Ludington seeking HR Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention for all plant personnel.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Lead training and development initiatives for manufacturing staff.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, particularly in talent acquisition and employee relations for a production workforce.
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing work forces
- Demonstrated success in implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms
