Human Resources Generalist

Job Description- Support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact to address employee inquiries.
- Manage HR communications, including employee notifications and outreach.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for hourly and salaried employees.
- Support investigations and documentation related to employee relations.
- Assist with leave of absence administration and workforce adjustments.
- Onsite role in Dundee, MI primarily on the first shift with flexibility for off-shifts.
- Occasional weekend support may be required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1.5+ years of HR experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
