As a Human Resources and Payroll Manager, you are at the heart of the company's HR activities. You ensure the continuity of HR and payroll processes in France, support employees and managers daily, and contribute to the implementation of a new organizational model.

Based at our Allonnes research site in Maine-et-Loire, you will interact with colleagues in France and internationally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Primary contact with the payroll provider (ADP)
• Control of absences
• Collection, control, and entry of variable pay elements
• Verification of salary slips and ensuring their compliance
• Management of social security declarations and relations with relevant organizations
• Social and legal monitoring to ensure compliance with legal and contractual changes

• Management of the administrative aspects of employees throughout their professional careers in the company: recruitment, integration, employment contract, amendments, medical examination, interviews, mobility, and departure.
• Ensures the reliability and updating of HR data in the global HR information system
• Administrative follow-up of absences, leave, and sick leaves

• Primary contact point for employees and managers for all HR and payroll-related questions.
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of the skills development plan in line with the company's needs and allocated budget.
• Participation in recruitment, including independently managing seasonal staff and relations with external agencies.
• Support to the Human Resources Manager on local and international HR matters.
• Participation in various HR projects and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a general HR position with a strong payroll component
• A degree from Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Human Resources, payroll management, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of labor law, social legislation, and collective agreements
• Proficiency in HR and payroll software: knowledge of ADP and Workday is an asset
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
